The buzz of CBD and the uprising of holistic health uses are putting a lot of questions into the CBD world. So quickly lets discuss… WHICH IS BETTER?!? Hemp or Cannabis CBD oil?
The answer is…. One is not better than other! They are different. You see Hemp oil or CBD derived from the Hemp plant is currently legal in all 50 States. Hemp oil has a high CBD and a low THC ratio. Laws state that the THC level has to be below .3%. CBD is a wonder cannabinoid and the question you might ask is what does this oil NOT do. It’s truely amazing!
Flip side, Cannabis oil has a high THC ratio. Typically between 5 to 10% THC. Currently THC is only legal in certain states. So if you live in an area that THC is still considered illegal you will not be able to purchase Cannabis oil “legally”. Cannabis oil, still does have the powerful cannabinoids but also the THC. Wonderful little THC will however make you high. Regardless of the head change, it can also be used for many things and has great medicinal benefits. However some conditions such as anxiety can worsen after using THC.
So I hope this clears up the cloud of smoke surrounded Hemp oil vs. Cannabis oil! If you would like to purchase some legal, below .3% THC, hemp cannabinoids or CBD click the link below!

Fat browning… this might not be a term that you are familiar with but it has nothing to do with the kitchen and everything to do with weight loss! Yes, CBD can aid in weight loss! Let me explain…
A simple way to say it is CBD has the ability to convert white colored fat tissue into brown colored fat tissue. Once the white colored fat tissue is converted into the brown colored fat tissue you can than burn it instead of storing for energy. Simple as that! Another reason CBD can help in weight loss is that it aids in the release of toxins from our bodies. Many times the lack of weight loss could have everything to do with this!
Now for a nerdy sciency way to explain, CBD has also been shown to stimulate fat genes and proteins that encourage the breakdown and oxidation of fat. Fat oxidation is the body’s way of breaking down these large molecules into smaller molecules that it can use for energy. It can also boost the number and the activity level of mitochondria in the body’s cells. This helps the body burn more calories! Who doesn’t want that as spring break is creeping upon us? Lastly CBD has been shown to decrease the expression of proteins involved in lipogenesis, which is the generation of fat cells.
So either simply put or super sciency…. let’s burn some fat!
